This policy explains how CRM Pros ("we") handles information in Meeting Studio. Questions go to support@crmpros.ai.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: business name, email and a hashed password.
• Settings you save: room links, timer and lower third choices, agenda items, speaker names and uploaded images or videos.
• When you install from the marketplace: your account and location identifiers and the access tokens needed to run the app.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

What we do not collect

We do not record your meetings, their audio or video, or the chat. Guests are not asked to sign in to see the timer or names.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service, keep accounts separate from each other, provide support and process billing. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are handled by a hosted checkout. We receive the order status and your email, not your card number.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our cloud hosting providers. Each account's data is kept apart from every other account.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account data at any time by emailing support@crmpros.ai.
