These terms apply to your use of Meeting Studio, a CRM Pros product. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Meeting Studio adds timers, lower thirds, a waiting room and a stage page to HighLevel meeting rooms you already have. You are responsible for the meetings you host and the content you show.
Accounts
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account and the admins you add.
Plans and billing
- Client accounts are billed $49.97 per month per subaccount until cancelled.
- Founder access is free while the qualifying Founder plan stays active. If it ends, the account moves to the client price or pauses.
- The Agency plan is billed $97 per month for unlimited subaccounts until cancelled. Agencies set their own price for their clients.
- You can cancel anytime by emailing support@crmpros.ai. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing date.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe other people's rights or interfere with the service or other accounts.
Changes and availability
We improve the service over time and may change features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
